YOU DON’T HAVE TO
TRY TO REMEMBER
or how her whisper wasn’t really a whisper when she leaned in to say “I love you”
The way he sounded
singing “happy birthday”
TThe first Tiny Tykes car he drove
around with abandon is long gone…
but the giggle of delight every time he swung it around the driveway -
that’s here to stay.
No trying to remember those first steps into your arms as he makes his way across the stage at graduation.
and when she’s nervous to leave, to step out on her own, let’s remind her of the moments that made her ready to fly.
they’re still waiting for you,
you just have to push play.
THE FIRSTS AND THE LASTS YOU DIDN’T KNOW WOULD BE THE LAST —
These little moments mean more than you think.
Steward your story well, for them.
Being a mom is hard.
Preserving your family’s story doesn’t have to be.
Let’s make your memory lane was less about swiping through in a hurry and more about settling in for a story. Our vision is to take the pressure off the constant need of having to record every single moment at the risk of missing the moment entirely. We partner with you in telling your story — not just the social media sharable one, but the one that makes you who you are.

Can you tell I like being
behind the camera more?
Nice to meet you!
Hi, I’m Ali Daugherty, a
Knoxville based filmmaker
Once my son was born, I immediately felt behind on capturing moments of him so I would never forget the overwhelming, joy-filled, worry-tinged, how-is-he-growing-so-fast days. You feel it too, right? The desire to be present, but also bottle up each moment to pull out and live again later? In an era of moms trying to be and do everything - this is my way of making one thing easier. It would be an honor to help tell your story.
