Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Ali Daugherty Family Films Affiliate Program. These terms constitute a binding agreement between Ali Daugherty Family Films ("Company," "we," or "us") and you, the affiliate ("Affiliate," "you," or "yours"). AFFILIATE OBLIGATIONS
PROHIBITED ACTIONS
VIOLATION OF TERMS
Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions. Affiliates will be responsible for any damages caused by their violations.
ENROLLMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
To become an Affiliate, submit an application through our affiliate program page. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application.
AFFILIATE PROGRAM
Upon acceptance, Affiliates will receive a unique Affiliate Link and custom discount code. Commissions are earned when purchases are made through these links or codes.
COMMISSION STRUCTURE + PAYOUT
Commission Rate: Savor affiliates earn a 15% commission on eligible sales. Seasons affiliates earn $10 per membership sale.
Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid via PayPal every 30 days.
Tracking: Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their links are correctly set up. We are not responsible for tracking errors.
TERMINATION & SUSPENSION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend participation in the program at any time for any reason, including breaches of these terms.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for any damages arising from your participation in the program.
MODIFICATION
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Your Location].

AFFILIATE OBLIGATIONS
- Compliance: Affiliate must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards when promoting our products and services.
- Promotion: Affiliate must use the provided referral links and materials in a manner consistent with our brand values.
- Domain Usage: Affiliates must not register or use domains containing "Ali Daugherty Family Films" or similar terms.
- Email Marketing: Affiliate must not send unsolicited emails and must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and relevant laws.
- Disclosure: Affiliate must disclose their affiliate relationship in a clear and conspicuous manner to their audience.
- Payment Information: Affiliate must keep their payment information up to date. Failure to update payment details will result in forfeiture of commissions.
- Ethical Conduct: Affiliate must not engage in deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices.
- Intellectual Property: Affiliate must not misuse our intellectual property, including our name, logos, and trademarks.
- Communication: Affiliate agrees to receive emails regarding the affiliate program.
- Referral Activity: Commissions are only approved for purchases made through the Affiliate's unique link. Purchases from "coupon code" sites or outside the Affiliate's link will not earn commissions.
- Content Standards: Affiliate must not promote our products on websites containing illegal or objectionable content.
- Agreement Acceptance: Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms.
- Responsibility: Affiliates are responsible for their actions and the actions of their team members.
PROHIBITED ACTIONS
- Self-Purchases: Affiliates cannot use their own affiliate link to make purchases.
- Disparagement: Affiliates must not disparage or misrepresent Ali Daugherty Family Films or its products.
- Bidding Restrictions: Affiliates must not bid on or acquire rights to Ali Daugherty Family Films trademarks.
